Delivery & Returns
What are the delivery methods in France and abroad?
In France, delivery is free for orders over €50 and will be sent to your home by La Poste in Colissimo.
In the European Union, the UK, and Switzerland, delivery is €8 and is carried out via Chronopost with a signature upon arrival. Delivery is free for orders over €200.
Worldwide: We ship worldwide and delivery is €20
Import tax
The import taxes are paid in advance by BERTHIE.
You will not have to pay taxes for countries outside the European Union (UK, Switzerland, etc.).
In the event that you have a tax to pay, we recommend that you pay it and you will be reimbursed on an invoice to be sent to us by email at: hello@berthie.fr
Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange Rules: You have 14 days from the delivery by Post to change your mind and return the item in its original condition with the order slip received for identification.

The deadlines
We process orders during business days (Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM). The shipping time is 3 to 7 business days. The delivery time may be a bit longer during the launch periods of the large collection of the month or during sales.
Express delivery: Express delivery is €5 in France.
In Switzerland or in England: 20€
We are setting up express delivery; the delivery date is mentioned in the product sheet of the item and in the carrier selection during checkout.
